Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

"두번째방문인데 초4가되니까 즐길수있는 물놀이 액티비티가 다양해서 너무 만족스러웠어요 슬라이드, 포인트브레이크 등이 좋았구요 직원분, 클럽메이트 모두가 너무친절합니다!! 가족모두 즐겁게 놀다갑니다^^"

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

"Very good location. They have a restaurant so you are covered for food (which is not necessarily easy to find in the island). Very nice diving and very good diving instructor (Amy). Beautiful sunrise in the company of cute property dogs."

"年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

"Tudo maravilhoso. É uma ilha, então todas as refeições são feitas no próprio hotel. Até 15h ou 16h o bar de snack fica aberto. Após isso apenas o jantar que não achei que valia o custo benefício. De resto é como se fosse um sonho! As tartarugas, a cor do mar, tudo maravilhoso"

"Bem perto do aeroporto, vc pode pegar o ônibus 5 de graça no aeroporto e chegar em 15 min, parando a 2 quadras do hotel. Ou pagar 12usd de uber. Hotel grande, confortável, café da manhã acima da média dos padrões americanos. Tem drinques e alguns snacks entre 17 e 19h gratuitos. Tem bom restaurante dentro do hotel e cassino. Piscina grande com espreguiçadeiras e toalhas disponíveis. Na praia, há um setor com cadeiras e guarda sol gratuitas fornecidas pelo hotel. Apenas um gratuito, se quiser mais um, paga 20usd. Toalhas são fornecidas gratuitamente. O atendente na praia poderia ser mais simpático. Há um grande supermercado a poucos metros e vários bons restaurantes na região."

"The beachfront location. Hotel staff are all very nice."

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

Muitas limitações no menu, desde comida até as bebidas, não tinha escolha.

"Firstly, the staff - they were exceptional. The location was great with snorkelling on a reef just off the beach. We were there for 5 nights and the food was very good (except for one meal which was just average). Rooms were spacious and not too close together."

The beach for swimming could be better.

"Bonito lugar bien ubicado cerquita al mar, atención muy buena. La habitación cómoda y limpia, la comida que ofrecen es muy rica, muy bien calidad - precio. Punto a mejorar, el desayuno, algo típico sería más atractivo."
