"Great location to visit the salt mine. Staff were very accommodating and the buffet breakfast was lovely. We were missing a towel from our room and this was rectified immediately when I messaged on booking.com, despite reception already being closed for the day. Awesome service."

"Good breakfast - coffee, tea, variety of salt and sweet options. Walkable distance to the main salt mines and also a direct train to Krakow city center (around 25 minutes). Reception-less check in - we arrived late and nobody had to wait for us. Free parking for a car - there are few places for parking."

"We stayed for one night as we were visitin the Wieliczka mine the next day. We got all we needed, we received the clear instructions how to enter the apartment (we received code for the lock and there was a card inside the apartment). Comfortable beds. Large selection at breakfast, it exceeded our expectations. Good wifi signal."
"Parking is pretty small and tight. You cannot book a spot there. I belive if it is fully booked it might be challenging if you arrive late."
