"Everything was great. Good location, very nice staff, big equipped kitchen, very clean. And what is the most important you have private bathroom. Like you can close door and take a shower and get changed there. We got good space room."

"The mattress was very soft and used. In the bathroom was wet every time someone took a shower. Maybe spare mop or some cloth would be useful. Otherwise everything great."

"This hotel was an absolute delight! Everything about my stay was flawless, from the smooth check-in to the beautifully maintained room. The comfort level is outstanding—the bed was fantastic and the space was perfectly set up to just relax and unwind. The team working here also deserves a special mention; they are incredibly polite, always smiling, and genuinely go above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need. "Excellent room, everything worked. Breakfast had more variety than in most places. Pancakes with cheese and French toast were available, for example, among a reasonably large variety of cakes. There is a tram station a couple of hundred meters away which takes you straight into the city centre. We arrived early but the lady at reception arranged for the room to be cleaned and we got our room at 12:30, she was very kind and accommodating."

"People working there are really nice, hard working lads who really take care about hospitality and comfort of guests. Place is very, very clean. Building is old and full of history but kept in great condition so you can see the staff taking care about "spirit" of this place. I would really advice to stay there if you will have an opportunity to experience old fashion spirit of Tatra Mountains."
