"Absolutely great value for money! We're a finnish-nepali family and had the top floor flat as our base for almost 3 weeks; location was extremely handy (maybe opt to meet the taxis at Durbar Square or use a local driver). Patan Durbar Square is just a few minute walk away - came in very handy for our 5 yo to roam around more freely as the streets are so crowded everywhere - we took a multiple entry pass for the museum to enjoy the peaceful courtyard and lovely cafe. Our unit was super-spacious and very tidy, beds were comfy and there was warm water! Back-up for power shortages worked really well and staff is very helpful! Cafe/restaurant downstairs came in really handy and even brought the food upstairs when requested 🙏"

"Everyone was very friendly. I was travelling on my own with 2 young children and The owner really helpful and caring. They adapted the breakfast to the children. They really cared about making sure you enjoy your stay. Beds were really comfortable and room and bathroom very clean. Loved the hot shower! View from the roof top is great. Great location although right near the main square it is on quiet side street. Would definitely recommend and go back."

"Sichu Chhen is located in Patan , 5 minutes walk from the Patan Durbar historical area. Although there are numerous coffee shops and restaurants nearby there is very little by way of outside noise. Certainly it is peaceful in comparison to hotels in Thamal. The room was modern with excellent WiFi and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and included in my room rate. The staff too are excellent and can provide recommendations for sightseeing and anything else. Overall this is the perfect choice for convenience and for the traveller who values a peaceful and comfortable stay."
