"Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei na vida. A equipe do hotel é incrível, desde a recepção até os atendentes, super educados e gentis. O quarto é lindo, aconchegante e mega confortável. O hotel é muito vibes tropical e é muito bonito! O restaurante é incrível, tanto para o café (que é incluído) quanto para outras refeições. Os valores não são baratos para comer, mas contando que o México é caro, fica dentro do padrão. O hotel é de frente ao mar em uma região muito boa de Holbox (Punta Mosquito). Têm espreguiçadeiras em frente ao mar e serviço. A piscina também é linda. O mar é lindo e quente. O pôr do sol mais incrível que existe é em Holbox! O sol se põe no mar e vale muito a pena assistir da praia!"

"O valor não é barato. Tem hotéis mais baratos em Holbox, mas não tem a estrutura do Villas Caracol. Se você busca um lugar lindo, paradisíaco, com conforto e em frente ao mar, vale a pena investir. A praia tem um pouquinho de sargaço, mas nada demais e é bem comum na areia."

"Sabe aquela experiência perfeita? Tudo feito para agradar. Da toalhinha para refrescar na chegada, drink de boas-vindas, docinho noturno, champagne para acompanhar o pôr do sol. Uma série de mimos. Quarto gigante, boa internet, competente serviço de praia, ótimo banho, comidas deliciosas, amenities de qualidade, absolutamente tudo funcionando a perfeição. Mas a questão principal, uma equipe mega dedicada e simpática. Cuidadosos e verdadeiramente focados no seu bem-estar. Perfeito!"

"Tudo foi ótimo. Três pequenas observações: você acabando ouvindo o que acontece no banheiro, pois o isolamento não é o melhor, o serviço do restaurante não é o mais rápido e eventualmente vc encontrará guaxinins passeando pelo hotel."

"We loved it here. Service was amazing, food was delicious and the location was brilliant. It’s on the nicest beach and only a 10 minute walk on the beach into town. Our kids loved the food and Gio at the pool bar was amazing!"

"Great location right on the perfect sandy beach. Easily accessed from the port and a short walk into town (Or golf buggy taxi if needed!). Fabulous sized room with a view out to the pool and beyond. Comfortable large bed. Lovely little treat left in our room or fridge every night after dinner! We ate breakfast and dinner each day in our hotel as the food in their restaurant was so good.... Great staff too - really helpful."

"The only criticism I have is that the lighting in the bathroom wasn't great - there was no vanity mirror and it was quite dull in there."

"Incredibly comfy rooms with all the amenities you could need. Beachfront hotel with sunlounges for guest only. Friendly staff who helped celebrate my partners birthday. They went above and beyond to make her trip extra special! Amazing food in the restaurant, including lots of breakfast choices. Beach sunset drinks and nightly desserts in your room. Great location. 20 minutes walk on the beach into the main town or a short taxi ride."

"Amazing place - just as advertised. Clean, well equiped rooms with lovely outdoor space. Common grounds are well maintained and great atmosphere. Restaurant food is delicious (also the a la carte breakfast is supberb). Staff very friendly and attentive. Location is quiet but within a lovely 15min walk you reach the busy centre. Perfect for us"

"The restaurant is a bit divided from the hotel and so you felt like a burden when you requested basic hotel services eg hot water. Some of the staff in the restaurant were rude. It is very expensive for the level of amenity."

"Everything! The hotel and room were perfect, so clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and made my birthday extra special. The location on the beach was great, it was easy to walk to the centre or to Punta Mosquito."
