"A localização do hotel é fantástica com muitas opções de ótimos restaurantes com os maravilhosos terraços de Oaxaca por perto. A atenção do hotel foi muito boa; todos muito atenciosos e prontos para atender todas as solicitações e com uma boa rede de profissionais de suporte para atender os hospedes. As fotos falam por si só; o hotel é muito bonito com a arquitetura com referências espanholas bem característica do centro da cidade e a área da piscina bem agradável."

"A historic building housing a lovely hotel in central Oaxaca. It was amazing to walk through the cloisters and admire the architecture following a busy day in Oaxaca. The rooms were clean and comfortable and staff couldn’t be more helpful. We only had breakfast each day but it was of a very high standard. The swimming pool is brilliant."

"The Quinta Real is a beautiful gem right in the centre of the old town! Set in a converted convent - the room was lovely and charming. The staff were so kind from the moment we arrived and kindly upgraded our room for my partner's birthday. The breakfast is incredible - highly recommend trying everything on the menu, and the wait staff were always attentive and kind! While we didn't use the pool, the hotel gym is great for a quick workout, and the grounds are lovely and quiet. The hotel is only moments walk away from the central square and all the great restaurants. We loved our stay!"

"We arrived at 930pm after a very long day of travels With a sleeping, exhausted baby. When you stay at a 5 star hotel, a 40 minute check in is simply unacceptable. I'm seriously shocked and even 2* hotels I've stayed in never had this issue. Management seriously, seriously needs to look at this. Equally, at this cost, and for a 5*, breakfast should be included. That's pretty mind blowing not to be. And, we booked a certain room. We were shown a tiny room and had to go back to management, late at night, exhausted, to talk and ascertain they didn't give us the right room. They did resolve quickly the next morning but this was just another tiring annoyance."
