Markee Hotel Boutique

"Hotel charmoso, cama confortável, localização maravilhosa."

"Nada a reclamar"

"The hotel is in a beautiful old house, in the centre of the city, and the rooms are large and have all you need. The staff is friendly and there is basic breakfast provisions to start the day"

"Nothing to complain about"

"The location is a perfect location to experience Centro Historica! It takes you back in time! The parks and restaurants were lovely! While we thought breakfast was included with our booking (one of the main reasons we booked there) when we arrived, we were told it was NOT included. Disappointing but we discovered a few little bakeries with great coffee! Otherwise, the staff was more than helpful, location perfect...great place for a visit!"

"Aucun."

"Lots of apace, great location, nice staff, big and comfy beds, clean. Gave us free breakfast"

"Wifi didn't work at the room, no water pressure at the sonk"

"Huge room in a beautiful building. The staff were very attentive"

"No tissues. it would be a simple idea to provide a box of tissues"

"I deeply loved the style of the hotel and the comfort of the rooms. My room n 205 overlooks the central square and has 3 balconies."

"breakfast is not served in the hotel but in a local nearby. The menu is not varied and not good value for money."

"I didn't get a breakfast, when I was making the reservation it said breakfast included, but when I got the confirmation it said breakfast was not intended. Last time I stayed there breakfast was included"

"No breakfast"

"I was charged more than what was quoted on Booking.com when i checked into the hotel ($16 more) the hotel said it was a mistake made by booking.com and i should take it up with them!"

"the extra charge for staying at the hotel"

"Amazing Location as well as the comfort of the rooms."

"It was confused to arrive to the parking lot."

"The hotel is well located in the downtown of Queretaro with big spacious rooms"

"Rooms are very spacious but there are plenty of things to improve: - A/C has an annoying sound that do not let you sleep and rooms are so big that the mini split is not enough to cool down the space. - The room in which I have stayed do not have one single window (nowhere in booking is marked) - Reception staff from my point of view are not trained to treat people, seem they are interns or so. - There is no elevator so you have to bring up your baggage through the stairs with no help - In general the hotel needs a bit of maintenance"
