Não tem funcionários na pousada continuamente, mas tínhamos um filtro com água gelada disponível e uma cozinha se caso quiséssemos cozinhar algo ( não utilizamos). Mike me recepcionou no check in e depois recebi suporte apenas online. Nada que prejudicasse a estadia. Me senti como se estivesse no apartamento de praia de um amigo. Fui nos restaurantes que Mike indicou e não nos arrependemos de nenhum. A moça do café da manhã era muito gentil! Café da manhã simples, porém bem feito."

"As vagas de estacionamento. São apenas duas e você precisa disputar com os outros hóspedes. Não precisamos pagar estacionamento nenhum dia, mas tivemos que usar de estratégia, aguardando outro hospede sair para jantar e depois estacionar nosso carro na vaga. Foi um pequeno incomodo que não atrapalhou a experiencia da estadia."

"We stayed for 1 night on arrival in Mexico. We just wanted a bed for the night that was walking distance to the Ferry port as we were heading to Cozumel the next day. Che suites was more than adequate. Large, clean comforatble room with good batthroom and A/C. Very quiet and perfect location for our needs."

"If you are arriving after hours, ensure you have mobile data to get the remote access codes to enter the building. I asked for the codes to be sent before I got on my flight, and they were, but by the time we arrived, the code had been changed. It wasn't a problem for us as we received the nessage with the vew code, but it would have been an issue if we did not have Mobile Data."

"Great location in a quieter area, it's super close to Playacar beach, 5th avenue, the ferry terminal etc. The room we had was really nice with a balcony. Very clean and comfy bed. Staff very helpful with recommended actions etc."

"We got a friendly and helpful messages from the owner with clear instructions how to get to the suite and how to get in. It is very close to the seaside and our room was shady and had good air conditioning so we could handle the outside temperature and have relaxing nights."

"My room was clean & comfortable. I love having access to a kitchen. The location was great... close to ADO, ferry, beach, restaurants... and in a relatively quiet area. Helpful staff."

"The rooftop patio was nice but definitely needs some work... lots of loose boards and toe stubbing screws. Unfortunately for me, my room faced construction with lights on all night 😒"
