"O riad é uma joia no meio da medina! A localização é excelente — dá para fazer tudo a pé, e mesmo estando tão perto da praça central, o ambiente é super tranquilo, sem barulho algum. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo e arrumado, o banheiro com uma ducha ótima e o ar-condicionado funcionava super bem. Foi fácil chegar seguindo o GPS, sem complicações - pagamento apenas em DH ou Euro."

"O único ponto negativo é que não há frigobar no quarto, e os veículos (ônibus, vans e táxis) não chegam até a porta do riad — eles param a cerca de 10 a 12 minutos de caminhada. Não é cansativo, mas é bom ficar atento ao caminho, que passa pelo movimento local."

"Café da manhã ótimo. O suficiente para começarmos o dia. O hotel fica dentro da medina, que tem ruas muito apertadas; deste modo, o taxi nos deixa à menos de 5 minutos de caminhada leve, no plano. A equipe é muito atenciosa. Yussef foi o que passou mais tempo conosco; muito prestativo, fala ótimo inglês. As camareiras também preparam nosso café, são muito gentis."

"Faltou uma ducha higiênica no banheiro. Ter um frigobar no quarto ajudaria sobre mantermos bebidas à disposição."

"Riad Hamza is located in the centre of the Medina, about 3 minutes walk to the main square. It was a great location for a first visit to Marrakesh. While central it was quiet at night."

"It is a design of Riad to have rooms facing onto the central courtyard. While the Riad is beautiful, having a room with no view was little odd. It would also be nice if the top terrace was made comfortable for visitors to sit in the evening."

"A couple of little niggles with the bathroom door and toilet seat but to be fair we didn't report them so they didn't get a chance to put them right."

"Only small negative was the noise, we did stay during Ramadan but between 11pm and 3am it was quite loud on the street outside with mopeds and bins etc, and even within the riad lots of banging from other guests which isn’t really their fault but it did disturb us a bit"

"Taha & Saeed at reception were super nice and helpful. They arranged tours for me to both Aït Ben Haddou & Ourika Valley and both went fine. On my way back from my last tour, they arranged to drop me off at the airport. The location is perfect, right next to Jamaa El-Fnaa."
