"O banheiro estava com cheiro ruim, de esgoto ... a agua poderia ser mais forte e colocar tapetes para aquecer o chão no frio. Meu quarto estava um pouco frio. nao conseguimos ligar o aquecedor"

"Only issue was the air con. It leaked on to the bed we asked 4 times for them to fix it before they finally moved us rooms. But I also understand its part and parcel it wasnt a 5 star and I knew that. Love the hotel"
