"Fantastic location. Great facilities and will be even better shortly with new tents under construction. Excellent meals and extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Take the food and day trip offerings- you won't regret it but stay at least 2 nights to really enjoy the location."

"Very welcoming and happy staff. They were so kind and caring. The place was warm and the fire place in the common area was a nice touch (we visited in winter). Everything was explained so well. We loved the pool and onsen! Truly a spa resort! Thanks."

Talvez um abanico no quarto, porque no nosso caso não podíamos abrir a terraza pela bebé, mas sem problemas, o clima estaba ameno, somente meu esposo sentiu calor.

Malheureusement été déçus par le jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait pas. C'est le point qui nous a le plus dérangés et qui a gâché le séjour car j'ai payé un supplément pour profiter de cette option avec mes enfants cela devait être une surprise. Je tiens tout de même à remercier le membre du personnel qui a tenté de faire une réparation. Malgré ses efforts et sa bonne volonté, le problème n'a pas pu être résolu. C'est dommage de ne pas avoir pu en profiter durant notre séjour.

Super calm and peaceful in beautiful surroundings - a tonic after Dakar and Saint Louis. Relatively accessible for Saloum Delta which we loved. Great air conditioning. Lovely swimming pool"

Water pressure was low at certain times - pipe being repaired, so perhaps temporary. You'll need a car to get around (we got a taxi for 10.000 - 15.000 CFA each way to Ndangane.)

"Breakfast was fine - just remember to inform the owner the day before if you require breakfast. Ingrid, the co-owner, is a lovely woman and a fine, traditional cook. You will never leave the table hungry! Whilst she can offer beer at an extra cost, we tended to buy our own along with wine to drink at dinner. Again, you will need to inform Ingrid on the day if you require dinner later. There is no choice; me and my wife are both omnivores with no allergies or intollerances, and always liked what she prepared! Our lodge was spacious with a generous deck overlooking the beautiful gardens, and the sea in the background."

A small fridge in our lodge would have been a great bonus - however, we were free to use Ingrid's fridge. The shower was also a little on the dribbly side!

"Great for family, location was great all shopping center close by, supermarket and Mall. It felt like home l."

The wifi service wasn't not getting it in the apartment have to go out side.

"The property was maintained well. Unfortunately, at times there were dog poop in the walk way. Thankfully that was later cleaned, but I hope the dogs can be poop in the bushes and not where the guest walks."

The female owner was not helpful when asked for a meal/something to eat outside of the lunch hour. Also, at times she was overheard having loud fusses that could have been done in private when the guests were not around.

"Location is perfect- 300m from the tarred A4 main road. 15 min drive to the Sehlabathebe Nature Reserve. Nestled between the Maloti/Ukhahlamba and Tsoelikana River. An absolute beauty"

The food. They are unprepared for people who do not eat meat. The love of salt by Basotho is above average

The cottage is really small and stuffy esp when it’s hot. window without mosquito net, thus we cannot leave it open in the nite, too much mosquitos and horse fly.

"Gostei muito do ambiente, do espaço, do chalé. Apesar de ser um pouco distante do centro de Cidade Del Estem o ambiente é muito bom, tranquilo e o contato com a natureza. Fica a margem do rio . Tem área gourmetve churrasqueira individuais próximo a alguns chalés. O proprietário é muito educado e atencioso, o que deixa a gente bem à vontade. Ambiente limpo e bem cuidado . Parabéns. Recomendo."

É um pouco distante do centro e o acesso dificultado pela quantidade de caminhões e carretas na rodovia dificultando um pouco para fazer o retorno, mas pra mim não considero um problema que desqualifique o local.

"Owners very very friendly and helpful . Right next to the path around the lake (use sunscreen if you are going to walk it . 5 hours needed. )Exceptional Value..Owner picked us up from airport and then transferred us to next destination. Highly recommended"

"Beautiful cottage that I mostly had to myself. There was access to the kitchen, television, and the yard. The host was a lovely man and very kind and helpful. He was also so relaxed about everything. I had the option to use a pool at another hotel as well which was great. I also appreciated the well wishes messages from the host and his staff member when I departed."

"Fantastic out of the way place but still close enough to civilisation for everything you may need. Great facilities & all you require for a stay away. Got some good help about getting to the property & a nice welcome from Siobhan."

Not much to dislike, besides the hairy drive there along the "closed road"
