"Great hotel with fantastic staff. I was coming from the Pamir Highway and it was a wonderful hotel to recharge again. Thank You!"

"We got a free upgrade which was a really nice touch, staff friendly and helpful, clean and good value for the money you’re paying"
"The location is a bit tricky as there is a construction ongoing so the entrance can be hard to find. Still, restaurants and stores are close to the hotel."
"Great location, really comfortable, staff were really helpful and friendly."

"Rooms are lovely, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly."
"As others have said there's major construction building a whole new section on the front of the hotel so the entrance is a bit unwelcoming and there are wires etc hanging from ceilings. It didn't impact our enjoyment off the hotel or room."
"Very beautiful and artsy place. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very nice too."
"The location is good, but the last 200m to get to the place (once leaving the Main Street) are a bit sketchy, especially at night. But it was ok for me as a female solo traveller."
"Very friendly and helpful staff. Helps you organize everything. Laundry service also available"
"A bit tricky to find but close to the center and the park along the main river"
"The place for breakfast was very beatiful, and breakfast was super nice too."
"No elevator, it was inconvenient to carry luggages. But staff helped to carry the luggages."
"Rooms are really big and spacious, all spaces are very clean, water available and all day tea and coffee, staff very friendly and speak good English, good laundry service. The garden is beautiful and breakfast served outside in their veranda is very good. Location perfect close to everything but very quiet."
"They are currently expanding and AC wasn’t working when we stayed there. We got a message 2 days before our arrival about the problem. Some people complain about the construction going on but it wasn’t a problem at all because the garden is still available and not affected."
"Very nice breakfast The hotel is very clean and is being renewed"
"Unfortunately due to renovations A/C didn't work but they gave us a discount to make up for it"
"Very nice. Receptionist was new I think but was very friendly and helpful. Accommodated all our wishes"
"Nothing at all"

Spyridon Issyk - Kol Hotel
"The staff was very pleasant—they helped us carry our luggage from the car to the rooms and quickly arranged dinner, even though we hadn't requested it in advance. They also gave us great advice on nearby locations and the best places to visit"
Vasili Tian-Shan Guest House

"Понравились условия проживания. Большие комнаты, можно комфортно расположиться семьёй, в комнатах чисто. Хозяева гостеприимны, сытный завтрак и угощения с сада. На год вперёд наелись абрикосов и яблок. Хозяин встретил на машине и по необходимости увозил на пляж и обратно. Очень понравилось!"
"The location is great, it’s just a short drive away from the national park. The room is very cosy and clean. The host is incredible and very generous. He really takes care of his guests in every way and makes sure, you‘re always taken good care of. I can also recommend this place as very safe for solo female travelers. The food is authentic, home cooked and super tasty. It’s just a really lovely and welcoming family :)"
"Great location near to park entrance, Friendly helpful staff, very good breakfast included, and very nice meals served in the restaurant. I stayed for three days, Will recommend."
