"Eu escolhi o local porque estava viajando de carro e vi que havia um estacionamento público por perto. Havia opção de vagas gratuitas e de zona azul de acordo com disponibilidade. O horário de chegada foi combinado por telefone. Deu tudo super certo. O quarto tinha uma boa cama e uma boa ducha. A poucos minutos da região movimentada e com boas opções de cafés e restaurantes."

"The place is very close to the center of the city, you don't need to climb high by foot to get there. It was also easy to park the car nearby. The owner speaks only Italian, but it was a pleasure to deal with her daughter who speaks perfect English. The room was great. no high-tech design, everything was clean and cozy. Definitely worth the money."

"La signora Pina è stata fantastica! Mi ha guidato telefonicamente fino alla porta della stanza. In più avendo necessità di affacciarmi sulla mia macchina lasciata al parcheggio, ha capito il mio problema e mi ha gentilmente cambiato la stanza inizialmente prevista, dandomene un'altra proprio sulla macchina. Stanza comoda, pulitissima e silenziosa. E ho anche potuto fare una bella passeggiata serale nel centro di Modica. È stato tutto perfetto! Grazie!"

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. "A recepção dos proprietários, cuidados e atendimento foram excelentes. O ponto alto é o atendimento e cuidado com o hóspede. A propriedade é belíssima, tem uma história de reforma desenvolvido pela família proprietária muito interessante. O café da manhã elaborado pela se hora proprietária é muito saboroso. A noite oferecem serviços de restaurante, para quem desejar comer na propriedade. Nos ajudaram com informações a respeito de tours no Etna."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"

"Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità alla reception. Il Signor Piero è molto simpatico e professionale, ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."
