master Haifa

"Good location, right by the beach. A few kms from Haifa’s downtown. Several restaurants available. Place was clean and comfortable. On weekends can be very busy, including parking. Well equipped, everything worked fine. I used to stay in master Bat Yam, which was much better. Plenty of coffee, tea. It looks like a residential building, but previously, most likely, a hotel"

"The stains on the sofa need to be removed or replaced - this was not acceptable. Wifi password originally texted, did not work and because I didn't have an Israeli sim card could not notify and by the time message got through from my daughters phone and received the correct one, we were leaving. Also was not clear that we needed to use a lift key to go up to our room. This was not mentioned in the communication. We relied on security to take us up to the room. That was okay however we just did not know that the lift key was in the room prior."

"We stayed in the winter season. Location is great - first line to the sea and boardwalk. Living room cosy and sofa-bed suitable for child. Bedroom is well furnished, mattress very comfortable, but pillows need improvement. Very good noise isolation and heat insulation. Very nice kitchen with full size stove and fridge. TV's are brand new and connected to the internet. Solid wifi. Everything looks brand new and a delight. Bathroom is in the older style of the hotel but all is in mint condition. The apartment has room for dog. Side sea view. Parking space depends on the season and time of day. Building has a paid parking lot. Location allows us to get anywhere in the city very quickly."

"The room was spacious and clean. Very nice view to the sea. I especially liked the Kitchen facilities. There was everything I needed: a microwave, a big Fridge, coffee machine, a kettle and nice stock of coffee, sugar and tea. There were a few bottles of water in the fridge which was nice. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The instructions to get the room were clear and sent by whats-app. The response from the owner to any question or request was quick, through the whats-app."

"The nearest and free parking lot was always full, if you needed to park nearby you had to wait until someone left the parking lot. There was a small supermarket outside -2 floor but this back end of the building was unpleasant to go through."

"The apartment is in a great location, the first line on Haifa Beach. Good sea view. The apartment has all the amenities, such as a sofa bed, double bed, two TVs, and cable TV. Also, in the mini kitchen, there are fridge, glass cups, plates, all the cutlery, pots and pans. So, if you plan to cook for your family, you have everything necessary for cooking. But what I liked the most was the communication with the staff. They answered my questions quickly, and the answers were more than helpful and informative."

"It is almost impossible to find a parking lot around the building. Cars are everywhere. The perfume smell in the lobby is so strong that for people like me who are sensitive to perfume smell and chemical smells, it is challenging to breathe. It's almost suffocating smell. Also, you can feel the garbage smell all over the floor because of the garbage chute. Lastly, we had a leaking sink and the toilet in the bathroom."

"The location directly at the beach is really good and the view from the apartment is amazing. The windows can be opened for fresh air. Also, There’s a broom in the room. The apartment is well connected with Public transportation (bus 3 min away, train 20 min away) The beach is really beautiful!"

"When we checked in, our door code wasn’t working, which was annoying. However, when we contacted Masters, they responded within seconds and helped us directly. There are not many restaurants or cafes in the area with a Google rating better than 4.1. so we ended up having breakfast everyday at the gas station in walking distance, which was really good!"
