"My husband and I went to Jerusalem for a few days. The location is perfect. Tip: if you will be arriving by car, let the hotel know in advance, and provide the car’s license plate as soon as you can (if it’s a cab, ask your driver and call the front desk). They will then grant access to the street, which is closed and gated. That way, it will be easier to carry the suitcases to the hotel. We were walking distance from Mamilla mall, many little restaurants, shops, markets, and to the Western Wall as well. Breakfast on the 11th floor is delicious, many choices of fruit, cheeses, croissants, breads… excellent."

"Most everything was very enjoyable. The location is great, rooms are very comfortable, Shabbat elevator, staff are very friendly and helpful. Food plentiful if you are having your meals there."

"At lunch and dinner we had to pay extra if we wanted to drink soft drinks or anything else, except the water, cordial that they provided. This was after paying extra per person for dinner and lunch, on top of the accommodations. It should have been included not charged to the room if you wanted to enjoy a bottle of Coke with your dinner or lunch."
