Hotéis em São Vicente e Granadinas

"O quarto é espaçoso para uma família, a cama é bastante confortável e o chuveiro é uma delícia. O hotel conta com uma piscina com vista linda. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom. O hotel fornece cadeiras e toalhas de praia, o que facilita bastante os passeios nas praias. Os funcionários foram muito solícitos e inclusive há uma brasileira na equipe que deu boas dicas sobre a ilha."

O quarto não conta com mobília suficiente para secar as roupas molhadas de praia. O frigobar não gelava bem os itens em seu interior. O hotel cobrou caução de 200 euros por diária, acredito que seja uma informação relevante para apresentar previamente ao hóspede. São alguns detalhes que não atrapalharam em nada a estadia, mas poderiam ser melhorados.

A equipe é excelente, muito atenciosa e prestativa - destaque para o Senhor Ênio, sempre gentil e atento às nossas necessidades - sem apresentar a frieza que vemos em muitos hotéis sofisticados."

"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

O hotel conta com estacionamento, mas é importante reservar com antecedência. Do outro lado da rua há um público, o que é bastante conveniente. O hotel também possui restaurante próprio, o que facilita muito, especialmente após uma longa viagem, quando não se quer sair novamente para jantar."

"Tomar as refeições com os pés na areia, literalmente. A vista do pôr do sol da piscina de borda infinita. Um jantar na praia com música ao vivo. Isso nos surpreendeu bastante. Jambo!"

"Bem próximo ao terminal de ônibus, para quem pretende se deslocar para as praias do Sul. Chegamos de madrugada e a recepção estava em funcionamento. Assim, não tivemos qualquer problema para fazer o check-in."
