"I have enjoyed staying at The Diplomat for decades. This is hotel life as it should be, which is probably why I keep going back. I enjoy a quiet meal with my family by the pool and do like to indulge in delicious food from all over the world. The staff are always friendly and extremely polite."

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"Everything was good, enjoyed my 4 night stay. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very attentive and helpful! The airport transfer service was a real life saver!"

Nothing in particular. The hotel is a bit old and dated, but everything worked fine.

A escada para os andares superiores é muito íngrime e com degraus estreitos em virtude da arquitetura típica da região e o elevador é pequeno e apertado (cabe duas pessoas por vez).

"Extremely cool hotel if you go for a Tatami room. I liked the setting near a temple and in a quieter neighborhood but not too far from central Kyoto's nightlife area."

O café da manhã e os pratos disponíveis para consumo, bem como disponibilidade de água potável, poderiam ser mais amplos e diversificados. A equipe escolhida para fazer o deslocamento dos turista até a ilha também deixou a desejar, estava chovendo muito e a travessia se tornou perigosa (é uma empresa terceirizada, não é do hotel, mas acaba vinculando a imagem).

"Une douce ambiance dès l'arrivée, une jolie chambre adorablement décorée pour la St Valentin, un personnel au petit soin sont là pour vous accueillir. La chambre est magnifique et je fais un petit feu dans le poêle pour notre plus grand plaisir. Une belle table au restaurant le soir, toujours dans une douce ambiance campagnarde et distinguée. "The staff were extremely helpful and nice. They accommodated us in all of the ways that we needed them to. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and the amenities provided with the resort were even better. Delicious food, amazing staff, and an awesome room/view."

Houve um problema de comunicação, pelo qual nossa chegada antecipada não foi registrada, o que acarretou em nosso quarto não estar pronto. Tivemos que trocar de quarto no segundo dia. Além disso, o elevador apresentou alguns problemas, sendo que cheguei a ficar presa em uma ocasião.

"A good option in Kolonia. There isn't too much else. Run by Chinese, and they have a restaurant that opens for lunch and dinner, they can do your laundry, and you can hire an SUV car through them too. The beds were comfy, and the TV could get YouTube. Bottled water provided. The air con worked well too. Walking distance from the airport, but they picked me up and stopped me off. Very kind."

The hotel looks a bit grim and unappealing from outside. Could do with a lick of paint, and cheering up.

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

"Food was ok, the staff was amazing and made you feel extremely welcome, this was the first time staying at this hotel, and I have just re-booked for next year. The hotel was quite, but had it lively time with live music. Enjoyed myself so much. Breakfast was lovely and so was dinner."

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

Acho que o corredor de acesso aos quartos poderia ter ar condicionado
