"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

"O hotel conta com boas instalações, quarto amplo, cama com bom tamanho e conforto, mini cozinha com utensílios (louça, geladeira, torradeira, cafeteira, fogão cooktop elétrico com duas bocas, panelas) e armários. Sacada com mesa, cadeiras e cadeira de praia estofada, com vista parcial do mar. Banheiro completo com ducha. Luminárias, mesa de trabalho e ventilador de teto (conta com ar condicionado também). Roupão à disposição para uso e ferro de passar roupas. Comodidades do hotel: piscina, bar molhado, SPA e dois restaurantes. A praia do hotel é fantástica, tranquila e com cadeiras e choupana disponíveis para os hóspedes. Concierge atenciosa, providenciou aluguel de carro com retirada e entrega no próprio hotel. Boa localização próxima ao aeroporto e rua com bons restaurantes e lojas de compras locais. Supermercados próximos com boas opções de compras. Conta com serviço de câmbio no próprio hotel."

De um modo geral foi tudo ótimo. Infelizmente no período que ficamos o hotel estava em obras, reduzindo o número de restaurantes. Em nossa opinião o melhor restaurante (Calabash) ficou fechado. O mesmo conta com ótimo café da manhã e almoço-jantar. O Deia restaurante é bom, mas o Calabash é melhor. O bar molhado poderia abrir antes das 11 da manhã, deveria ter serviço de atendimento na praia (praia principal do hotel não tinha serviço de atendimento).

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

"The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Connaught Place, making it very convenient to explore the area. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and the metro station within walking distance, which makes getting around Delhi very easy."

It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

"Extremely cool hotel if you go for a Tatami room. I liked the setting near a temple and in a quieter neighborhood but not too far from central Kyoto's nightlife area."

Couldn't stay longer

A sauna não estava funcionando a academia bem limitada, e no anúncio diz que está tudo funcionando, não é verdade, o Funcionario disse que uma vez no anos eles fecham por um mês a sauna e academia para fazer manutenção, isso tem que está no anúncio e não está.

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

"The hotel was well located and equipped, the staff were very helpful and polite especially Mohamad bushnaq and Qais were friendly.. During our short stay at the hotel we felt home and the environment was super comfortable."

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

We did not know that we should climd a lot of stairs in order to reach the restaurant. It was difficult for our parents.

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"O hotel é bonito e charmoso, o quarto tinha um bom tamanho e era muito confortável em todos os aspectos. A localização é próxima ao centro e muito bem servida de restaurantes, bares e outras conveniências. Fica bem próximo à Experiência Heineken e área dos museus, além de estar a 1,5 km da Praça DAM. O hotel ofereceu up grade de apartamento por não ter o que havíamos escolhido no dia que chegamos."

A escada para os andares superiores é muito íngrime e com degraus estreitos em virtude da arquitetura típica da região e o elevador é pequeno e apertado (cabe duas pessoas por vez).

"I had a great stay at Tulip Hotel. Room 105 was cozy, clean, spacious, and bright. The bed was large and very comfortable, the room was very clean and nice , and everything felt well maintained. I also really liked the stylish and cozy bar area. The interior design is beautiful and thoughtfully done. You can clearly see the creative ideas behind the concept, all focused on making guests feel comfortable. The team work of the staff is impressive. Service is smooth and professional. The food is delicious, breakfasts and lunch were excellent. The spa area is another highlight, especially the hammam and the pool with refreshing ice cold water.Wonderful! Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming hotel that fully deserves a high rating. I would definitely stay here again."

The only downside is the soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in the hallway, especially when guests check in or out or use the shower nearby. The room 105 could benefit from better noise insulation.
