If you want a beach holiday it's a little far but if you enjoy the cultural aspects it's a perfect spot. Just a little uphill.

"The views from the house is amazing! The beaches nearby are empty and beautiful, and you got a bit of a local vibe. Food was really good and in general good value for money. Would highly recommend. If you come to surf be aware that there is no good places to rent proper surfboards nearby🏄‍♀️"

"Better than my previous stay here. Surely worth for €23 euro for a night stay. Room was Spacious and Warm. Had good big Bed,Bedside dressing table and chair,Kettle,Water,teabags and cookies and large wardrobe and Large windows."

Room had lingering smoke smell. Would be better if they could look into this and place a room feshner. Suggestion-would be better if you provide small soaps/shampoos for guests along with the towels and tissues.

"Sehr nette Besitzerin. Lage etwas versteckt im Kampung. Nah am Flughafen. An einem kleinen See mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Essensmöglichkeiten an der nahen Hauptstraße. Küche mit Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine. Super für Leute, die eine Übernachtung in Flughafennähe suchen."

Rooms are simple, but it was such a pleasure to share a house with a real local landlady and spend some times in a real Huahine household, with whom we shared dinners and good moments. We were just three guests in off season, experience may be different when the dorm is full. A bit isolated, renting moped advised, but they deliver there too, and walking distance to water access and incredible beach hikes."

"A cozinha é perfeita, mais que completa, banheiros compartilhados sempre limpos e sempre disponíveis. A área comum é muito bonita em seu estilo, um bar interno super charmoso e o aquecimento geral bem agradável. A área externa com um bom estacionamento, acesso fácil da estrada nacional e o melhor, visual externo muito bonito e da pra ver a Aurora Boreal de todos os lados, até da janela do quarto eu consegui vê-la. Eu indico muito!"

"A Pleasant Surprise at Palm Garden! We booked Palm Garden without checking any reviews—only afterward did we take a look and feel a bit unsure. My husband even told me not to say anything about the booking, just to see how it was when we got there. But to our surprise, from the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. At the doorstep, we were greeted by Madu at reception, who welcomed us with the warmest smile—as if we had known her for years! 😊 Our room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, with a large comfortable bed and a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful view. Talvez para uma pessoa muito grande, o banheiro seja um pouco pequeno, mas sinceramente pelo custo-benefício isso é apenas um detalhe!

"A very nice and atmospheric resort. Beautiful surroundings. Lots of parking spaces. There is a gazebo on site where you can barbecue and spend a nice evening. Additionally, a small playground for children. The rooms are very clean. Two toilets and 3 shower cabins per floor."

"Gostei muito da limpeza, de deixar o sapato num espaço adequado pra isso. Ao chegar já fui muito bem recebida, e eles fornecem água potável gratuitamente, ainda penduram cachos de banana para o desfrute dos hóspedes... Muito solícitos, chamam táxi, alugam botas de borracha super necessárias quando chove e vc quer fazer tour na floresta."

Não gostei porque, quando olhei as fotos, tive nítida impressão de que o hostal estaria em meio a natureza, e não é bem assim, esta foto deve ser antiga. Tem sim uma área verde ótima, mas está na cidade, tem casas ao redor..
