On the second day there was a slight smell in the bathroom but nothing too serious , a little plumbing will sort that out !

O deslocamento do da estação de ônibus até o hotel é um pouco complicado por conta da ladeira, mas em compensação é bem proximo do centro, da pra ir andando tranquilamente. A Recepcionista foi formidável e nos ajudou muito com informações e deslocamento. Bom café da manhã. Recomendo."

Apesar da proximidade, o trajeto da parada de ônibus até o hotel, pra quem está de mala , é complicado por causa das ladeiras .

"A very warm and helpful host who gave us great support. My mother unfortunately injured herself while hiking and he didn't hesitate for long and applied hot compresses with salt. As she could no longer walk, he even gave her a walking frame and drove us personally to the train station on our departure. The location was great. A bit away from the busy main street and yet everything is within walking distance."

We stayed in the main house which has huge windows overlooking the pool so not at all private. There were often workers milling around in front in the morning. Lack of a private outdoor dining area. Shame there's no balcony on the bedroom side overlooking the sea.

"Located in a quiet, idyllic location near the town center, it felt like a little retreat every time we returned home. It’s a spacious house which keeps cool due to the tiling and multiple doors you can open. We didn’t need air con in September. We could close the gates so the dogs couldn’t get in, this allowed the kids to play outside. The three year old was so excited to have swings. After time in the outer islands we really needed to freshen up, so the showers and washing machine were helpful. There was good amounts of drying space, the kitchen was fully functional, and we were given our space to enjoy our holiday."

Tonga is super basic so expectations of any accomodation need to keep this in mind.

"We loved the courtyard where we had our breakfast which we put together from supplies from a nearby supermarket and the street fruit vendors. As shown on the wesite, the courtyard is a truly delightful spot, especially in a sunny morning, and important if you wish to eat or chat with your fellow travellers, as our rooms were too small for that. The staff were kind an helpful, and the daily room service and available linen service, ensured a clean room (and clean clothes). The location was close to where our conference was held and in a short walking distance the the lakeside, parliament house etc. Other city sights, the Plaza shopping mall, etc were usually an inexpensive taxi ride away."

The absence of wi-fi and difficulties getting an internet connection the courtyard and my room was a real inconvenience, only solved by purchasing a local sim and forgetting about my usual roaming arrangement for keeping in touch with family back home.

We loved it and we will come with pleasure again. We can only recommended. and like a bonus, we can stay with our small dog, what was the first time in the existence of this hotel. Thank you again. Room didn’t look exactly how it does in the pictures, but was still nice. There were a lot of mosquitoes around though and I did get bitten in the night a lot due to no mosquito net, so make sure you wear repellent. Location is on the opposite side of bikini beach and next to the prison, but as the island is so small it’s still only a 15 minute walk away from the restaurants and main beach, however something to consider.

Tout était appréciable, au niveau de l’emplacement et pour l’espace d’ensemble. La piscine a un petit problème de fuite d’où un niveau de hauteur d’eau un peu bas. Ceci n’a que très peu altéré le plaisir de s’y être baigné.

Fiquei no segundo andar onde era possível ouvir bastante ruído do andar de cima (passos e móveis arrastando). No quarto poderia ter cafeteira ou pelo menos uma chaleira elétrica, tão comum em outras hospedagens. A TV não era Smart, não sendo possível conectar ao YouTube ou Netflix por exemplo.
