"Puikiai įrengtas butas-studija, geras kainos-kokybės santykis, netoli Batumio senamiestis, didžiausias turgus, mikroautobusų stotis, gausu aplink restoranų, kavinių, kepyklų, kur nuostabus nebrangus vietinis maistas, vaisiai, daržovės, labai skanus ir pigus naminis vynas kvančkara, kindzmarauli ir kt. Atskridau čia, tiesą sakant, skaniai pavalgyti, mėgautis naminiu pigiu vynu iš turgaus - po 3€ už 1 l.:). Gerai šeimininko - visų remonto ir statybos darbų meistro savomis rankomis įrengtas 1 kambario butas - studija. Patogi lova ir pagalvės, visi buitiniai patogumai gerai veikia, indai, stalo įrankiai yra čia, nieko patiems nereikia daugiau čia vežtis, nebent šlepetes. Švaru, tvarkinga viskas. Nuostabūs draugiški šeimininkai - Romanas ir Šorena."

"С открытыми окнами шумно от дороги, по которой едут день и ночь большие, но с закрытыми окнами тихо. Довольно далеко от моря, но рядом есть остановка 11 автобуса прям до моря."

"Квартира, новостройка, 12 этаж, студия комната. Есть кухня с газом, посуды. Можно что-то лёгкое приготовить. Вода греется пятиминутка, хорошая и с напором. Постельное белье все чистое и хорошое. Дом находится прямо под канатной дорогой. Панорама с балкона прелестное. Есть обшественное парковка бесплатно. Рядом магазин, рынок."

"Everything was great. Many thanks to Mindia for the warm welcome. He helped pick my mum up from the airport and also took us to the shop for groceries. He also gave us some very nice wine. We came for 5 days and spent every day from morning till evening on the beach - from there the endless traffic is not noticeable. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, so the windows could be closed to avoid noise. Of course, I would like a more secluded place with nature, but I could not find such a combination next to the clean sea."

"The owner offered hot khachapuri though it was not included. Besides that the owner arranged a transfer to the bus station for free as a gesture of good will. The price is very low. The guesthouse is close to ski rental and city centre in general. Everything was amazing."

"That was a nice room in the house with a private bathroom. The AC worked well and the internet connection was good for my work. The host was a very friendly, nice man. He offered me tea and fruit when I arrived. Very kind of him He could speak some Turkish. It is 15 min walk to the bus station."

"Отель не большой частный. очень приятные хозяева всегда на месте и помагают практически во всех вопросах. Если нет возможности помочь дают возможные рекомендации. В отеле есть мини кухня, где можно сделать кофе, чай или разогреть и приготовить элементарный завтрак или ужин. В этом же доме находится магазин. Можно приобрести все необходимое( очень вкусный домашний сыр) Пляж находится 150 м за отелем. Практически первая линия. Чуть в далеке от основного центра развлечений. Но это давало тишину вечерами и ночью!"
