"A acomodação tinha tudo quanto necessário, a nível de têxteis (poderá adquirir mediante valor extra lençóis e toalhas); pratos etc; e ainda secador de cabelo. Os quartos têm os tetos baixos mas nada que se torne prejudicial á estadia; as camas confortáveis e existe aquecimento funcional na casa. Apenas é suposto receber o código de acesso ( por email) no próprio dia em que chega ao alojamento e não antes. A anfitriã não fala inglês , porém, é simpática e é a mesma quem cuida dos alojamentos, pelo que a conhecemos pessoalmente. Ponto muito positivo: localização. Mesmo no centro de Colmar ( zona histórica)."

"O único ponto a apontar é o ruído proveniente de outros inquilinos , no que toca a duches e descargas sanitárias. Ouve-se muito intensamente, porém, a casa é bastante antiga de construção e será normal."

"Excelente localização, estacionamento a poucos metros do apartamento. Tenha em mente que você terá que pagar um valor extra por toalhas e lençóis. Nós mesmos fizemos a limpeza e não tivemos problemas. O depósito foi devidamente devolvido. Os quartos são no porão, que tem o teto baixo e não tem janelas, tenha isso em mente. No geral, é um bom apartamento."

"Host stern n poopy. I understand it's difficult with a language barrier but...... Demanded a 200euro deposit and if you didn't vaccuum and mop the floor you'd only get 150euro back. I did book this months ago so this info may've been in the print.....she then wanted to.know what time we leave. I did a quick calculation in my head with walking to train, getting up etc so l said 8(when we arrived she popped her head out from top windows so l assumed she lived there).....8am comes n we were not ready, well, she carried on! So we did the quickest get ready, vaccuumed, mopped and walked away with our 200euro!"

"Location was brilliant. Host was friendly. Childrens park just around the corner. Paying the safety deposit did put you slightly on edge but this was returned with no problems. Colmar is definitely worth a visit and we would stay here again."

"The host speaks only French, it is impossible for tourists to communicate. The bedrooms are actually in the basement without windows, and the ceiling is very low (about 150 cm), I hit my head several times. When booking, it is not clearly indicated that sheets and towels are offered for quite high additional fees"

"Un appartement très bien entretenu, avec tout les équipements nécessaires pour passée un bon séjours, ce situe au rez-de-chaussée . Il est Juste à coter du marcher de Noël et tres proche d un parking. . Une hôte très gentille qui nous laisse une petit présent a l arriver. ces la 2eme fois que nous louons un de ces appartement et jamais déçue."
