"Beautiful, quite large and very comfortable flat, very new and stylish containing everything you need! The host is very helpful and well- organized. Excellent location in a very authentic neighborhood with nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The touristy spots are easy to reach by metro. Convenient parking space is available if you are an excellent driver. Staying at the great flat made our first Paris experience perfect."

"We had a wonderful experience at the Great Flat. Luca was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay in Paris perfect (for example he went the extra mile in helping us get my backpack back which I had forgotten in the taxi on our arrival day) The apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were all modern and clean. Everything was as good and as clean as it seemed online. And the location is perfect! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Paris."

"Serge and Peter were so very welcoming. We also can’t leave out dear George. Beautiful spacious bedroom with views over the garden. Peaceful location. Delicious breakfast with home made jams, fresh pastries, bread, yoghurt and fresh fruit with cooked eggs (from their hens) mushrooms and bacon. Highly recommend."

A qualidade das instalações, a limpeza impecável, cordialidade dos funcionários, e os diversos diferenciais do hotel, tais como o oferecimento de agua e máquina de café/chá como cortesia, bem como sabonete na pia e no box, roupão de qualidade, dentre outros itens, tornaram nossa estadia perfeita. "Communication in advance was really clear and helpful. The welcome from Gwil was fantastic and he looked after us really well. The property is so much better than the photos and site suggest. The sauna was an added bonus as I didn't spot that! Hot tub was great on the balcony. Kitchen and supplies all spot on. Lounge area perfect. Location fantastic. Full size ski room with dryers. Just so much in a small place. Great value for money."

"The property is beautifully presented with spacious lay out. The kitchen is fully equipped. Location is perfect and you step out onto the street where the harbour begins. The private car parking is perfect for small cars ( ours is a SUV so too big to close gates). There is electricity domestic plug in st the property or super fast charge in the free car park behind. We used this every day with no issues. Valeria , the host great at communicating."
