"Wonderful secluded, quiet property in large "natural" gardens with a range of seating/relaxing areas, unusual plants, a stream and a lake. Large indoor and outdoor dining areas with kitchen facilities which could be used by guests.Excellent inclusive continental breakfast with fresh fruit, homemade jams and honey made from the hosts own bees. Airy, cool (it was very hot during our stay) room and spacious bathroom with large, walk in shower. Plenty of on site parking.This was a short distance from our room but we were able to park outside it when loading and unloading the car. The attractions and eateries of Pierrefonds and Compiegne are a short drive away. Also easy access to forest cycle routes and walks."

"Appartment has a great view from the terrace and short walking distance to the village of Port Grimaud and the beach. Kitchen is very well equipped, linen are available on request for a reasonable price. We always received a prompt owner´s feedback on our inquiries."

"As a group of 6 cyclist we stayed at Gite de Traunchanieres last week for four nights - and we really enjoyed this fabulous place. First class. The house and the garden are gorgeous - and the Brittany environment is so quiet and calm.  We slept like logs there. Agnes and Claude were first class hosts and the closest village is with supermarket and restaurant only 10 mins away on bike. Ideal. We may well be going back there…...  Thanks Agnes & Claude"

"Charmant gite , confort des trois chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain et toilettes. Convivialité de la grande table de salle à manger et du petit salon en mezzanine parfait pour l'apéritif. La cuisine présente toutes commodités et équipements. Et il est situé près d'un petit port ostrèicole et du sentier côtier. Agnès est une hôtesse prévenante, souriante et disponible. Parfait pour un séjour entre trois couples d'amis. Merci Agnès, nous reviendrons."

"I had a rental car and did a week of driving all over the Loire Valley. It was a nice and quiet place to recover and prepare myself before returning my car rental. It was a pullout sofa bed and comfortable enough for me but might not be for someone who wants a thick mattress."
