"This is a really handy little apartment, with three bedrooms (two double and a single). The shower is good, the kitchen well equipped, the WiFi strong and easy to access. It also has a decent smart TV and good central heating with digital thermostat. There is secure underground parking. Nearby there is an Aldi, a couple of boulangers/patisseries and a butcher. The RER to Paris is about 15 minutes' walk away and the train goes straight to La Defense, Arc de Triomphe and Place de la Concorde. It's also only 30 minutes' drive from Versailles. Excellent value for money."

"We had a warm welcome and were made to feel at home. Everything was very clean and fresh. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Madame also encouraged us to visit nearby Chateau Sache, where Balzac lived, and that was very interesting."

"This is an excellent option for Rouen. It's not central, but it's right by a metro stop (Avenue de Caen) just a few stops south of the train station. The neighborhood is multicultural and lively. Instructions for accessing the apartment were clear, and the facilities are very good, including a washing machine and large drying rack. It's on the ground floor (little street noise) with a pleasant balcony to sit out on and watch life go by. Note also the Carrefour supermarket just a couple of blocks distant, ideal for self-catering. Reasonably-priced accommodation, highly recommended."

"The hostess was very welcoming and helpful. VERY dog friendly accommodation, very close to the beach for lovely dog walking. Easy and free parking. Private from host but accessible if needed. Very comfy bed, I slept really well. Well equipped rooms, especially the kitchen."
