"1. Location - the flat is in a quiet area with access from the main road. We travelled by car and used several nice beaches within 10-15 mins drive (e.g. St. Raphael, Agay) and one small nice beach right across the street from the property (5 mins walk). Cannes and St.Tropez are approx. 1 hour drive if you want to spend a day or evening there. 2. Area - the flat is located in a closed complex with only residents having access. It has a tennis court and most importantly a nice pool with a sea view! Parking spaces are outside (which is good for larger vehicles or those with roof boxes) and available at several locations around the complex. 3. Flat - we are 2 adults and 1 child and the flat was enough for us. There is a bedroom for adults and sofa bed for a child. We had everything we needed for 1 week stay. The highlight of the property is balcony - it has unbeatable view, and we really enjoyed having dinner there. 4. Good communication with the owner and property manager."

"Excellent location, very quiet and safe neighborhood. Very friendly and hospitable host! A little uphill and out of the city centre, but very easily reachable by regular bus and tram connections. Bakery and small supermarket close by, so easy to get fresh croissants and baguette every morning! House is well protected, easy accessible. Apartment is at the first floor, just a garage below. Owners live on the second floors, but you have absolutely enough privacy. From sunrise to sunset the terrace is sunlit. Apparently, there is always a nice breeze in the Summer, thanks to the house's location on the slope of a hill, which is great because of high temperatures in Summer time. The apartment is very adequate for a couple, with all amenities present."

"Tout était absolument parfait, du début à la fin. L’appartement est encore plus beau et agréable en vrai que sur les photos — spacieux, lumineux, très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Tout a été pensé pour le confort des voyageurs, on s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi. La localisation est idéale, proche de tout, mais dans un environnement calme. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide et attentionnée, avec des réponses rapides et précises à chaque question. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation dès que possible. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !"
