"Bem localizado, perto de metrô, supermercados, restaurantes, bares e alguns pontos turísticos. Rua movimentada e bares e restaurantes funcionam até tarde. O bairro é super movimentado e achei uma ótima opção também para amigos que vão solteiros. Os funcionários simpáticos, em especial o dono do restaurante, que não sei se é também dono da acomodação, mas o fato é que ele é super simpático, prestativo, educado e disposto a ajudar com qualquer necessidade que o hóspede tiver."

"O prédio é um pouco antigo, muitas escadas (que vimos nos comentários que teria, mas não imaginávamos que seriam tantas), isolamento ruim, principalmente do banheiro, se alguém do andar de cima usar o banheiro, parece que é alguém no quarto que você está hospedado, ouve tudo. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar também, mas nada tão significativo."

"The location of this property is perfect. There is so much to do around, not too far from the touristic areas and there are metros nearby. I think the owner was working in the bar, if it was, he is so helpful and kind, always says bonjour when we come out and in. This hotel is perfect if you’re mainly here to sleep and spend the day out in Paris. Very happy about choosing this hotel."

"There was a slight sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower. The walls in the bathroom needs a clean."

"The check-in was very easy. There were more rooms and bathrooms than expected. The bed was comfortable and quiet, we had a room where the window was facing the back of the building. Since we were there in winter we appreciated the heater in the room as well as hot water. We would definitely recommend 👍🏼"

"For us it was okay - there are very narrow stairs, leading up five stories. If there are more guests I can imagine it being loud since the doors are not soundproof."

"Everything, location location location! Nice decor, spacious rooms, comfy beds and great staff! Has a tapas bar downstairs open till late with a long happy hour! Surrounded by beautiful boulangeries, cafes and more bars and restaurants. Walking distance to the main attraction and close to public transport. You couldn't ask for anything else!"

"Nothing, but we had the room on floor 5 which was 5 stories by stairs. The room was quite hot due to the heat wave but it had a fan which did the job."
