"Quarto muito bom, amplo, tudo limpo, novo e bem cuidado. Apesar do desencontro inicial, a mãe do anfitrião compensou com toda sua atenção, simpatia e esforço em entender e nos fazer entender tudo. Agradeço pelo tratamento afetuoso e recomendo o apartamento que, além disso, é muito bem localizado."

"Pra nós, acima dos 60 anos, torna-se um pouco mais difícil subir e descer escadas. O quarto é no andar de cima ( que tem suas vantagens ) e o banheiro no primeiro andar. Este foi o único inconveniente que achamos."

"Beautiful apartment in a building that is 4 or 5 hundred years old. The ancient timbers are exposed but the interior finish is completely modern and very well done. Good lighting and trendy but tasteful appointments make this a premium living space. Comfy queen bed in the loft. Love the exposed timbers. Very nice bathroom with rain shower. Iron provided, coffee, tea, sugar and salt and pepper too. Nice cutlery and crockery, wine glasses and standard glasses. Fridge, stove, microwave. Everything. Knives could use sharpening. Love the approach down the old narrow private alleyway. Nice little garden area and deck. Very, very quiet and dark at night, which we loved. Highly recommended."

"Apartment is tastefully decorated, modern, clean and comfortable. We were able to easily secure our bicycle on the terrace."

"The bedroom is in the attic and was quite warm one night. No shower soap was provided and being on a bicycle we don't carry anything extra such as soap."

"The location of the house in the middle of Auxerre was excellent. The house was fully equipped, clean and tastefully furnished. Everything was up to modern standards. The host Jeremy is a very friendly and helpful person. Overall highly recommended."

"Actually nothing comes to mind that we didn’t like. If I have to mention one thing then the bedroom on the mezzanine can become quite warm during high temperatures in summer. Fortunately a fan was available to regulate the temperature. Maybe an anti mosquito screen can be fitted in front of the (bedroom) windows so that the windows can be opened at night for some fresh air. A few extra towels in the bathroom for guests who stay more than 1 night would be an added value too."

"The apartment is ideally located a few minutes walk from the town with its beautiful river and numerous bars and restaurants . Jeremy, the host, was easy to communicate with, and the style of the property was a tasteful blend of traditional and contemporary. It was also spotlessly clean. We would certainly love to stay there again when visiting that area of France!"

"J’ai séjourné à Auxerre dans le cadre d’un congrès, et j’ai beaucoup apprécié le calme du quartier où se situe l’appartement. Sa localisation en plein centre est un vrai atout, tout comme son agencement et sa belle rénovation, réalisée avec beaucoup de goût. Le logement est également très bien équipé. Je le recommande sans hésitation !"

"Versteckt in einem Hinterhof liegt das kleine charmante Apartment mit moderner Ausstattung und sehr stilvoller Inneneinrichtung. Es ist total ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. Am Wochenende kann man sogar kostenlos in der Nähe parken und auch unter der Woche ist der kostenlose Parkplatz am Ring nicht weit entfernt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Vielen Dank für alles!"

"Für uns war es kein Problem, aber die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer ist ziemlich steil. Für ältere Menschen möglicherweise schwierig."
