"The location was perfect. Private parking was super convenient. The place was clean, comfortable and just as expected. Many reviews mention the entry and stairs being a bit precarious, but it's a minor detail with the value, location, and comfort of the apartment."

"There was a smell of smoke in the hallway but it was very subtle and the apartment is smoke free. It was hot at night and due to being on a main road opening the windows wasn’t an option. The windows are very sound proof."
