"Nós gostamos de tudo. A casa é extremamente bem montada e confortável. As fotos refletem bem o imóvel. A cama é grande e muito confortável. Tinha tudo que precisávamos. A localização perfeita, fazíamos tudo a pé. No quintal tem uma mesa embaixo de uma árvore para tomar um café ou mesmo um vinho. Mas o melhor de tudo foi conhecer Laurence, a proprietária, que nos ajudou rapidamente em tudo que necessitamos. Nos deu dicas de restaurantes, de roteiros e nos alugou bicicletas para um passeio a Villandry. Champoiseau é nota 10 em tudo e com certeza voltaremos."

"Comfy warm and well appointed first floor apartment in a very convenient location for access from the motorway and for exploring the city. Parking on the street directly outside the gate. Quick access via a keysafe. Laurence is super communicative and a very friendly and considerate hostess."

"Laurant was the perfect host, going out of her way to make our stay special, bringing extra fans when the heat soared, having icy cold orange juice in the fridge. Sharing special places of interest with us, she did this while still respecting our privacy. The property was as listed and was perfect for sight seeing Tours city, if we are lucky enough to visit Tours again we will certainly look at staying at Champoiseau again"

"The location was fantastic. The accommodation was equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. It was clean, quiet at night, great security and easy to access. The host came straight out when we arrived to give our key and show us up to the accommodation. Everything was perfect. The bed was super comfortable."

"The property is nicely decorated and well maintained and equiped. The beds were comfy, we liked the proper dinning room, separate from the bedroom, the spacious toilette and our own garden table with 4 chairs. Our host Laurance was extremely hospitable and kind. She even arranged for us the welcoming presents and gave us a lift to the station early in the morning, on Saturday, holidays, on our way back home. It turned out to be a perfect place for an active holiday after bustling Paris. We rented the car and visited 5 castles and several towns (and we also had a free parking space just in front of our house).Also, Tours to our suprise turned out to be lively town worth visiting. We fell in love with the nature and landscapes of the region. Highly reccommended."
