"Casa muito bem equipada (mobília e utensílios de cozinha). Sua localização excelente já que é perto da praia (menos de 5 minutos a pé) e distante o suficiente para não ser incomodado pelo barulho dos restaurantes, bares, etc. Supermercado no edifício é u bónus também."

I would suggest adding some pictures in addition to the message to solve the issue and make the self-check-in smoother. I enjoyed my stay, and I can only recommend the apartment. "Taninho is a great apartment to stay in Santa Maria. Very close to everything, from bars to restaurants to the beach or even supermarkets, it gives you a chance to taste Santa Maria's life and to enjoy your stay. The house is big and comfortable in a very recent building."

"The house has big windows looking down the street (they are great) but it makes the house warm up a lit bit, and without air conditioning its gets a bit warm to sleep at night. Some air conditioning or just some blinds on the windows would help a lot."

"The machine for the code of the appartment door broke 2 times, the second dau as we were going out to go to a wedding - sadly we missed it as it took some time for the staff to bring the key, this could have been avoided if key was given the first day but staff was always available to help!"
