"O apartamento possui o básico necessário para uma temporada de alguns dias. Tem supermercado e restaurante perto. Dá para ir caminhando à praia, embora não seja o ponto mais agitado e com mais frequentadores. De qualquer forma, é bom que se tenha um carro para visitar as praias de Santa Tereza. Tudo muito limpo. Cama grande e colchão bom. Chuveiro bom. A piscina é ótima e está sempre limpa."

"We had a wonderful stay at Altamar! The location is perfect, clean, spacious and the pool is amazing. We took a surf lesson which we very much enjoyed! When you’re in Santa Teresa, you should book a surf lesson through Altamar apartments. Our surf instructor was professional and very friendly!"

"Absolutely loved this apartment. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Great sea view to watch the sunset. Close to town yet set back from the road and quiet. We saw monkeys, lizards, iguanas and lots of birds. All from our balcony. 100% recommend it."

"The location is great and the apartment is fantaaaaastic. Great sight both in the bedroom -with garden views - and the balcony to the pool and trees. The apartment is super well equipped. I think this is fantastic, honestly!!"

"- Both property & pool super clean - Great kitchen facilities - Location is so quiet which we loved - Friendly & helpful staff. I have left my bag at the property and they are trying their best to get it to me in another country. I really appreciate this thank you!"

"- The road leading up to the property is basically a mud track full of water that we would need to navigate in the pitch black. If this was to be fixed, even with sand it would be perfect."

"Amazing apartment which felt really relaxed. Just a short walk away from the beach, a well stocked shop and some great places to eat (zwart cafe is worth a stop for breakfast). Surf board rack and drying rack for wet clothes were really helpful as we rented boards for 24h from De Soul Surfing (also a short walk)"

"I liked the location (very close to the beach) and the beautiful pool. It is good that they have a pool, because on Costa Rica beaches there are no options to rent a chair on the beach and be comfortable, but this way we could spend the morning on the beach and the afternoon by the pool. There are lots of animals! Even a raccoon visited us during the nights, howler monkeys come to the garden, too. The communication was very smooth with the owner and she was eager to help when we had a question."

"There could be newer kitchen equipment and in a bit better condition. Unfortunately the sofa and chairs on the terrace are not too comfy and it would have been nice, because we spent a lot of time outside (the kitchen is also there)."
