"From the very first contact, the host made us feel welcome and confident that everything would work well. The view is spectacular. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable bed, plus it was a bonus having 2 bathrooms. The pool area is lovely. It was great having two small grocery stores on the ground floor. The location is great for walking beside the bay or to the old town."
Because of the noise from the highway, we needed to wear ear plugs to sleep. We were surprised because this is a 1 bedroom suite, when Booking lists it as 2 bedroom. According to the owner, this is Bookings mistake. Her pictures clearly show 1 bedroom. The living room/kitchen/dining room does have a double sofa bed and a twin sofa bed, but there is no seperate 2nd bedroom.

"Great location 100m from the beach and surf. Beautiful jungle setting. Friendly and helpful hosts. Quirky decor."
The property is a bit dark and damp. It could use the surrounding vegetation trimmed back a bit to open up more light and warmth. It did rain bit when we were there though and it’s open to the elements. In general it was clean enough but the place could do with a full deep clean.
