How close the cabins are to each other… Had a big family next to us that was loud out on their deck.

Las instalaciones del lugar muy buenas y limpio; el restaurante muy rico y el personal muy amable y complaciente te hacen sentir como en casa! Para llegar al lugar la carretera en buen estado y cerca del pueblo de Boquete!"

Road to the house is absolutely ridiculous! It should not be allowed to host anyone in houses or hotels with road like this. There are building works happening too,with new houses coming up yet the road is AWFUL! For that specific reason 8/10 not 10/10. Also Garden is not secure so letting dog out is not simple.

Nothing wrong with the bungalow, a bit noisy at night, dogs cats. Fully understand can’t be helped

"The chalet was a real dream and perfect escape from our busy lives. Situated in magical countryside with a beautiful pond and a view of wildlife including deer. Inside the cabin we had everything we needed for a cosy evening after a day of hiking. And the host was the sweetest kindest lady 😊"

Open bathroom and toilet (clear glass separating bathroom and toilet from main room)

"The cottages are nicely located, with enough space between them for privacy and nearby the river. The hotel restaurant was very nice and convenient, as well as the bread service in the mornings. And the beds were good."

The bathroom was extremely tiny. Literally showering above the toilet, smaller than boat cabin bathrooms! Quite weird for the given space in the cottage. Also the cooking facilities were fairly cramped, you cab only fit 2 small pans if you're lucky. However, it worked out well enough for us. Lastly, there are a lot of playground facilities for the kids, which sounded nice, but they were also located right in front of (most of) the cottages, which can make it quite noisy (depending on which children are playing there).

"Lovely atmosphere and had all the facilities we needed. It was dark when we arrived making it a bit difficult to find however we managed to contact the manager and were guided to the property. There was no restaurant or cafe within walking distance but the young man who welcomed us went out of his way to go and get dinner and bring it back for us. A peaceful and comfortable stay. I would recommend this place."

There was no signpost on the main road to give directions. Not so bad during the day but necessary at night.

"Marc e Vee são ótimos anfitriões, com otimas dicas locais e sempre dispostos a ajudar, além do transfer que eles fazem já incluído na locação. A casa embora fique afastada do agito da ilha, em 15 minutos de carro vc estará em Palm Beach ou Baby Beach. Aconselho alugar um carro com o próprio Marc! A casa é confortável e fica num lugar tranquilo, com uma piscina privativa e uma varandinha aconchegante. Tem um mercadinho perto para emergências e um food truck próximo tambem. Nossa estadia foi ótima e pretendemos voltar no futuro."

Due to my carelessness, I thought the Smyrr cottage had a shower (the photos only show a sink and toilet, but I assumed the shower just wasn't in the photo), so if you're staying longer, you might want to take that into consideration.

"The food, drinks, wellness, staff, and the view, all was really excellent."

The bed was a bit soft to our liking and also the walls were not totally sound proof. But these were minor things, otherwise 10/10.
