"Cama confortável, quarto espaçoso, mesa de trabalho boa, varandinha, banheiro ótimo, tudo muito limpo. Funcionários ótimos, anteciparam meu checkin e adiaram meu checkout sem custo e mantive minha mala na recepção no último dia para passear. Drinks de cortesia 17-18h todo dia: foram vinhos nos dias em que eu estava, e muito bons! Localização ótima, em menos de 10 mins. a pé estava na área mais central de downtown, em 3 mins. a pé varios restaurantes, pubs etc., e um starbucks grudado no hotel. Excelente!"
"Quarto pouco iluminado, por não ter luz embutida no teto além do hall. Também, falta um interruptor mestre, então tem que ligar / desligar luminária por luminária (são 4 espalhadas pelo quarto). Seria melhor ainda com piscina!"

"We have stayed at the Matrix Hotel before, and I mentioned how I enjoyed the welcome cocktail we had had in the past. When asked why we were visiting the city I commented it was my 65th Birthday and we were going out for a nice supper with 3 other couples and then to see a show. Friends also booked the hotel. To our surprise, there was a bottle of red wine and chocolates left in our room. Such a nice tough, we will book again."

"This hotel is lovely. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, the room was cozy, well appointed and sound proofed, and the lication is fantastic. The lobby this time of year looks like a postcard. The fireplace, Christmas tree.... so cozy."
