"I had a quick trip to Kelowna for a medical treatment. I booked this room last minute. The host briefly helped me to my room and was very pleasant to deal with. Great location for what I needed and it felt like a safe neighborhood. What made such a huge impression on me was my state upon entering (severe dental pain, stress, discomfort) and what the stay in that room did for me! My stress just melted away. I felt so safe and cozy and comfortable and was fully able to just relax and recharge. It felt like being in the warm inviting home of a loved one. Sometimes staying in a hotel room is great, but they feel more sterile and impersonal. This was like a hug that I didn't realize I needed lol. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable for me."

"Great location. Quirky rooms as another has mentioned."
"I thought I would never say this, but it was really warm, and in winter."

"Not the hotel's fault but I was there at the height of summer so it got a little toasty but fans were provided so that worked great!"
"We were sorry we never got to meet the host. Very lovely place. We will return again. 9"

"The location near City Park and the restaurant scene was excellent. The room had extras such as microwave, fridge and coffee maker which was more than we expected."
"The room was on the small side and the furnishings were a bit dated."
"The location was fabulous, walking distance to parks and Downtown, cultural district. Friendly host. Very clean, and comfortiale."
"We like a fairly decluttered room/surrounding; less knick-knacks."

"Location was close to the Parkland Mall. Very clean, excellent pillows Helpful staff, always with a smile"
"The breakfast was great. A lot of hotels skimp on it but I was there for three days and it was helpful."
"A hospedagem é maravilhosa! Ficamos na Cabine com vista para o lago que é muito confortável e estava muito limpa. O lago estava congelado, a experiência de viver uns dias de frente para a neve foi bem interessante. Conseguimos ver a belíssima Aurora Boreal da hospedagem, inclusive de dentro do quarto na última noite que o céu estava bem limpo. Voltaremos a este lugar com certeza! John nos atendeu muito bem, ele é muito querido e acolhedor."

"We were able to get a smoking room. I didnt realize that these were still available. But on that note the room was clean but not updated as in all other pictures I would say probably because of it being a smoking room."
