"O apartamento tem uma excelente estrutura, com camas confortáveis e cozinha muito bem equipada. O condomínio é lindo, com um paisagismo cuidadoso, piscina deliciosa, jacuzzi quentinha e funcionários educados e bastante solicitos, com destaque para o Álvaro. Disponibiliza bikes, caiaques e stand ups gratuitamente."

"O condomínio não tem estrutura de restaurantes, então, ou você precisa ir aos hotéis próximos, 10/ 15 min andando ou precisa levar mantimentos para preparar suas próprias refeições. Mas não há nenhum mercado pertinho. O mais próximo está a 10 min de bike. Nós sabemos e gostamos de andar de bike, então, isso não foi problema. O que dificultou foi que nós nos organizamos para fazer comidas na churrasqueira disponível na casa, mas descobrimos na hora que ela não estava funcionando. As luzes da cozinha também não funcionaram uma noite, o que inviabilizou a possibilidade de cozinharmos. Como não tem estrutura de hotel, a gerente, que responde muito rápido, nos informou que o eletricista só poderia ir 2 dias depois."

"Great space - had two units (231 & 232) with a connecting balcony. Perfect for a group with three families. Loved the dock, pool & volleyball court. Jackie was super responsive and fixed an issue with the refrigerator right away - great service."

"Fantastic location right on private beach facing the Caribbean. A short drive in gold buggy or bike to Seine Beit or Placencia. The house is extremely well equipped for a family of 5 with pull down bed and kitchen with all amenities. We loved our stays Herbert was very attentive and looked after us all really well. Free kayaks and bikes a real bonus"

"Great amenities and responsive staff, the beach with kayaks and SUPs right there + the pool and a hot tub. Great for vacationing with kids. Transportation is rather required to get to the restaurants or grocery shops. Placencia village is outside of the comfortable golf cart range but there are great places in Maya Beach closer to the property."

"Pillows were a bit uncomfortable and bed was kinda hard for my taste. But the room was very comfortable and the view exceptional."

"I did not like that we did not have a restaurant on property but you can cook in your unit. Right next to the property we had The Naia restaurant so this was not a big issue."

"Excellent beach location with a fantastic dock to lounge, swim from , and fish off. Away from the hustle / bustle of town but a quick and easy drive. Several restaurant options nearby (1981 on adjacent property was spectacular !) The two bedroom, kitchen , and washer/ dryer was perfect for our family of 4! Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great stay and would go back again!"
