"A cama, os bons lençóis e as toalhas, os produtos oferecidos como amenidades são maravilhosos! O banho é fantástico. Bem decorado, atual e muito bem localizado. Aliás, acho que melhor localização não há. O café da manhã é ótimo e os funcionários são excelentes."
"O estacionamento é privado, caro e ruim. O hotel não oferece qualquer desconto para seus hóspedes. O ar condicionado, apesar de marcar 15°C, não estava funcionando. O que foi um terror no verão búlgaro. Reclamei na portaria e o que ouvi é que não teria jeito mesmo. Como compensação, me deram duas garrafinhas de água. O telefone também não funcionou e precisei ir até a recepção com o aparelho na mão. Valeria a pena uma manutenção mais atenciosa."

The central location is perfect for exploring the city, especially with children. 🏛️✨ A heartfelt thank you to Dimitri at the reception. He was extremely kind, patient, and helpful, and made our whole family feel welcome and comfortable. 🙏😊 Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a warm atmosphere. We would happily stay here again!"

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
