The receptionist was very welcoming, polite and helpful for finding the parking place. We recommend this place for visiting the old town which is nearby. We'll come back for sure."

"Fabulous hotel, so clean and comfortable. I can't praise their staff highly enough- everybody without exception was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good. The ladies presented it beautifully, and there was a great choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The location is very central, but away from the noise of the main street. I have stayed in many hotels in Veliko Turnovo but, inmy opinion, this one is the best, and I will definitely stay again. Thank you to all the lovely people who made my stay special."
