"Very lovely staff, breakfast included which is fantastic for the price. Even though there is a bar/restaurant downstairs it was so quiet in the room. Space to lock/store bike (outside/street) but it’s a small neighbourhood so it was safe over night"

"Very welcoming hosts, pleasant accommodation with a homely feel to it. Room size was fine for the two of us. Breakfast was adequate, didnt get a chance to use the restaurant as we were only there 2 nights but looked to be very popular with the locals."

"The restaurant is absolutely worth the trip for! The food is awesome; local food and fine dining, really excellent! The bed is comfy and there is a nice chair, and a good desk with a chair. The room is well equipped. There is an elevator to the 2nd floor. There is parking nearby. Super nice people, caring and friendly! Lovely hotel!"

"The window in this room was a little small, and hard to open. A little hard to move around the bed, little space. Bathroom smelled of urine."

"Breakfast was good, especially as we overslept and they let us eat late. Bar had some interesting beers, and we would have liked to have tried the restaurant, but it didn't work out."

"The hotel is located on top of the Nadrin plateau, with great views all around (even on the snowy/grey day we arrived). It's a tranquil place to relax and feel far away from the city. The breakfast was fantastic, with house-made touches, and the kindness of the owner was legendary (not a term I would throw around lightly). If you are looking for an idyllic rural getaway, this is the perfect place."

"We chose this place for our Bruges trip. We were able to check in late. The free parking was right in front of the house. We didn’t meet anyone in person, but we received quick responses to our questions via message, and with the key and instructions left for us late at night, we settled into the room easily. The room, bathroom, towels, and toilet were clean. The heating was good. We were welcomed with my name displayed on the TV and on the instruction envelope — a small but pleasant gesture. We left early, so we couldn’t try the breakfast; no comment on that."

"O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a estação de metrô e com vista do ponto mais icônico da Antuérpia, a Catedral. Facilidade no check-in e check-out. O quarto é pequeno mas confortável. Há vários restaurantes próximos e é possível visitar vários pontos turísticos em um raio de 2km. O café da manhã é bem completo."

"We loved B&B Afrodite. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, the shower was hot, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic! It was also close to so many of the WWI sites and memorials we wanted to see. We've stayed at a few places over the past few weeks and this was far and away the best. If we ever make it back to that area, we will book again!"
