"الموقع ممتاز جدا السويت كان كبير ونظيف واكثر من رائع يوجد بارك اسفل الموتيل للسيارات كبير ومريح الموظفين في الرسيبشن كانو خدومين جدا ورائعين ( نور ونور الدين)"

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

"Good location with eateries nearby and ZhongShan MRT Station not too far away. Staff were especially helpful and thoughtful."

The beds and pillows were too soft for our liking.

It is a little way from the main part of town and at the bottom of a very steep hill!

Pool needs to be renovated, tiles were missing. Also walls in wellness could be painted.

"Nice setting, clean and comfortable room. Liked seeing the wildlife and walking the trails. In addition to the pool there's also table tennis, a football table and other games you can play which is a nice touch."

There was no tea or coffee in the room. Instead coffee was changed at an excessive rate. The same applies to the resturant: I always expect to pay over the odds in a place like this but this really was excessive! The final thing I thought was harsh is the 10 am check out time especially at low season.

"Excelente custo-benefício, fomos recebidos pelo Agustín que foi muito atencioso e nos deu várias dicas da cidade. Quarto limpo, tem uma pequena cozinha com geladeira, microondas e pia. Bem próximo a entrada do parque termal e restaurantes/comércio, dá pra fazer tudo a pé."

Our room was located near the pool pump so was a bit noisy; we had to keep the balcony doors closed at all the time

"Everything was perfect. We got a big room with a view on the Tatras from the window. The staff was very nice, we had a great time at the bar as well. Breakfast was very very good. So all in all 10/10. Definitely recommended."

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.
