"Mona was exceptionally helpful and communicated clearly to get me settled in. The room was spotlessly clean and the maid service kept it in excellent shape. The staff at the building were friendly and helpful, especially security who looked after our car,"

It is a little hard to find and it might not be a bad idea to have some instructions in thai for the driver, we spent a while locating it. Once found it was easy enough to find again.

"The place is neat and well arranged. The attitude of the people was excellent. The atmosphere was very good and the amenities were excellent. Great value for the money place!!!"

Metro and all the Transport are really near and Easy tò take it. we have a 3 month-old baby . our journey finished in the morning but we have the Flight in the evening and Adrienn was kind enough to let us stay in the warmth of the apartment until we left for the airport. "The room was comfortable and Clean. The day we arrived it was hot we used AC. Next day it was raining and super cold like 8 digress so they have Heater working. It was really comfortable. The family Running the Property was so humble and welcoming. It was nice experiencing local culture. The Husband was super helpful. The wife( reception lady) always have smile on her face. We feel like home. And main thing location was really in center of all tourists attention. And breakfast was super good"

"Ralph, Natalia, and Chris are very welcoming hosts. We were made to feel right at home. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The picturesque location is awe-inspiring!"

Whats not to like!

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

"كل شي في المكان جميل، منطقة مراسي فيها كل ما تحتاج من اسواق ومطاعم وسينما وبحر، فعلًا لا تحتاج ان تخرج من المنتجع. شكر خاص للأخ Tayyab والأخت ريم على التواصل الدايم والسؤال قبل الوصول وبعد المغادرة، كان تعامل أكثر من رائع."

"Beautiful territory, nice stuff, excellent location, proximity to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place to stay close to the old port, very convenient for the kids to swim. A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. Book in advance!"

The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

"Pristine; large, pleasantly decorated rooms; hot and cold water on each floor and coffee at reception; beautiful view out the back of the mountains. Set in a very pleasant square with a number of good restaurants, well-located for the historic centre and the destinations up the valley. 30 minute pleasant walk to the cable car."

"Gostei muito da localização. O dono deixa a gente muito a vontade. Sempre ajudando quando precisamos de auxílio. Apartamento grande, com muitos recursos caso queira cozinhar. Quartos e camas bem confortáveis."

Sempre que íamos usar a piscina dávamos uma olhada porque tinha alguns pequenos escorpiões na água. Ficamos receosos quanto ao veneno deles.

"O apartamento é muito limpo e confortável e as funcionárias muito simpáticas. Ainda recebemos um prato com frutas deliciosas quando chegamos. Nosso voo era só no início da noite e pudemos permanecer na área da piscina aproveitando o resto do dia após fazermos o check-out. Foi perfeito."

Reservei um quarto com banheira, porém ao chegar na acomodação não tinha o tampão da banheira, o que impossibilitou de utilizá-la. Solicitamos o tampão no primeiro dia de estadia e não nos deram.

The AC in the bedroom was too noisy. And i hope they will fix the elevator soon.

"Good location for Front Beach. Many restaurants and cafes close by. Comfortable beds, good Aircon, strong WiFi. Quiet street. Friendly staff."

"This is not an ordinary tourist trap place - beautiful hotel with stunning view from the room and terrace, surrounded by wild nature. The road to the parking is a bitnarrow as you drive through an authentic village but nothng dramatic for an ordinary driver. The hotel is a bit older, but everything is perfectly clean and working in order. All you need you can find in the apartment + fully equipped kitchen. Very warm welcome on reception just wraps up the experience. The stay reminded me of old times in grandparents house deep in forrests, amazing experience!"

Nothing, we are looking forward to visiting again

"Location and view from balcony of the sea and Orient Bay amazing, sit and watch the sunrise. Walk along the beach to restaurants and bars in the day and evening. Linda was there to greet us, very friendly and helpful. Apartment clean and comfortable. Small shop onsite for bread etc, everyone friendly lots of wild life, birds, bearded dragons and donkeys!"

Unfortunately we couldn't use the wifi.

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

"The proximity to the city centre, the beach, restaurants and the marina. Living room and kitchen well equipped. Nice fridge size. Nice to have the option to make a barbecue although we didn’t use it this time. And great staff! Very sympathetic and ready to help! Nice parking space!"

Our bed was too soft for our taste, sofa is starting to get a little old but it was very comfy, and I’ve missed something to hang our swimming suits on.

"Excellent stay, the host were attentive but at the same time they ensured privacy. The house is big, with a beautiful garden with the pool by the forest. Everything worked properly with all the things that u can have at home. We would love to be back on our next holiday in Lithuania. Thanks u"
