Main window is in the bedroom, so the livingroom is kind of dark, but with lights on it didn't bother me.

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."

"The place is wonderful! Spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The area is beautiful and quiet, with all shops very close by. The hosting family is so kind, and we truly felt at home. The neighbors in the neighborhood are also very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. The garden and outdoor space are just perfect. There is also a dining hall and a fully equipped kitchen that we used for a barbecue, plus bathrooms available on the ground floor near the kitchen and dining area. Everything was simply perfect and made our vacation safe and amazing. A big thank you for the warm hospitality!"

"Position of the apartment Is abosolutely perfect. Metro and all the Transport are really near and Easy tò take it. we have a 3 month-old baby . our journey finished in the morning but we have the Flight in the evening and Adrienn was kind enough to let us stay in the warmth of the apartment until we left for the airport. "We had a family room with a kitchen (all utensils included), which I highly recommend. The beds also had comfortable mattresses, fast internet, and adequate hot water. Breakfast is included in the price, including an omelet, salad, bread, and tea/coffee. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance."

The hotel is a bit tired and its age is evident. Our room also lacked a desk, forcing us to go down to reception to work on our laptop. After preparing a hot meal, we were forced to eat sitting on the bed, which was quite uncomfortable. But all these downsides are outweighed by the more significant advantages described above.

"The proximity to the city centre, the beach, restaurants and the marina. Living room and kitchen well equipped. Nice fridge size. Nice to have the option to make a barbecue although we didn’t use it this time. And great staff! Very sympathetic and ready to help! Nice parking space!"

Our bed was too soft for our taste, sofa is starting to get a little old but it was very comfy, and I’ve missed something to hang our swimming suits on.

"Gostei muito da localização. O dono deixa a gente muito a vontade. Sempre ajudando quando precisamos de auxílio. Apartamento grande, com muitos recursos caso queira cozinhar. Quartos e camas bem confortáveis."

Sempre que íamos usar a piscina dávamos uma olhada porque tinha alguns pequenos escorpiões na água. Ficamos receosos quanto ao veneno deles.

"The ideal spot for Cavtat! Perfect for relaxing and for everything else! The hosts were amazing! Nick, Anne Marie and there family were so kind and generous. We stayed two days extra and it felt like home! With sun and a refreshing pool to keep cool."

Se colocou ao dispor todo tempo para ajudar caso necessitássemos. Wi-Fi funciona muito bem! As toalhas são bem macias e foram trocadas sempre que solicitamos! O chuveiro é muito bom! "Os ambientes são limpos e modernos. Banheiro é limpo. Tudo é bem bonito. Tem um restaurante na parte de baixo onde se pode comer a qualquer horas que está muito bom."

O quarto que fiquei só tinha luz artificial, pois tinha apenas uma pequena janela que dava para uma parede.

On evenings, in a beatch can hear music from a nearby hotel (guess that could be an issue in all sunny beatch)
