"We stayed in the ground-floor studio with our 1.5-year-old daughter and it was perfect for a family with a small child. The apartment is very well equipped and spotlessly clean — the sheets were bright white and everything felt fresh.
The backyard is beautiful, with lots of trees and a fireplace where guests gather in the evenings, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
In short, this guest house is highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing city escape."
"Квартира находится недалеко от центра города (около 15 минут до Площади Республики)
Улица, на которой расположена квартира достаточно оживленная, по улице расположено много кафе и кофеен, а так же аптека и супермаркет. Сама квартира расположена на цокольном этаже, она очень чистая, в современном минималистичном дизайне, внутри квартиры есть диван-раскладушка и двуспальная кровать, также квартира оборудована всеми удобствами: фен, кондиционер, телевизор, стиральная машинка, микроволновка, электрический чайник, утюг, а также различными душевыми (полотенца, тапочки, зубные щетка и паста) и кухонными принадлежности.
Отдельное спасибо хочу сказать хозяевам - Нареку и Армине, за их радушный прием, встретили нас поздно ночью и помогли сориентироваться по городу! Приятные в общении люди.
