"Уютные апартаменты, очень близко к центру, сами апартаменты в тихом дворике. Чисто, уютно. Прекрасный и отзывчивый владелец. Мы также проживали еще в La Torre, другая локация от этого же владельца, где нам тоже очень понравилось. La torre - небольшой отель, также находится совсем недалеко от Площади Республики. Всем рекомендую и надеюсь, если еще откажемся в Ереване, то непременно остановимся в одном из них. Спасибо за гостеприимство ❤️"

"Very polite and caring hosts. They live close to the apartment and help with everything they can. We communicated via Google translator. They are very good and kind people. The view is breathtaking. I was admiring the mountains and forests. The flat is calm, quiet, tidy, clean and the bed was comfortable. Supermarkets are across the street. You can walk from the flat to the mountains. It is perfect."
