"The property offered a nice view and a cozy atmosphere, making the stay very relaxing. The flat was well equipped with everything we needed. The host was extremely polite and always ready to help with any questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience."

"Mr. Karen is one of the best hosts I've experienced. Information from him helped us find this accomodation easily, he told us everything in time. View from this flat is really super, metro station is relatively close, so you are in city center in few minutes. Windows are not oriented to the street, so accommodation is calm"

"Спасибо большое, все понравилось, хорошая уютная квартира, мы были зимой, дома тепло, можно регулировать уровень обогрева. Расположение тоже хорошее, пешком 15-20 минут и в центре. Хозяин всегда на связи, все необходимое есть в квартире."

"Хорошее месторасположение. Хозяин всегда на связи, готов помочь. Разрешил немного задержаться при отъезде. Были в твоём родители и сын 17 лет. Двуспальная кровать и 2 дивана. Полотенца для каждого. Посуда есть, чайник, микроволновка, холодильник."

"Хорошие Апартаменты, тихие, с видом на закат. В пешей доступности есть магазины, метро. До центра можно легко дойти пешком. Карен отличный хозяин, прислал все инструкции, был всегда на связи."

"Всё понравилось! Не надо было платить предварительно за бронь. Карен ответил, в течении часа: познакомился и всё подробно рассказал и про квартиру и про город. Ответил на всё волнующие вопросы. Был всегда на связи. Лично не виделись, всё вопросы решали дистанционно . Удобная двухкомнатная квартира с видом на гору Арарат. Понравилось, что есть всё необходимое: красивая посуда, качественное постельное бельё и полотенце, туалетная бумага ( что не маловажно ☺)Приятный интерьер, есть кондиционер, Wi-Fi Рекомендуем однозначно и посетить чудный город Ереван и остановиться у Карена🥰 Благодарю за гостеприимство ❤"

"Great house, amazing people, lovely family. The house has a great garden, a big clean pool, fruit and tasty trees, lots of space to sit or sunbathe. Super location close to Yerevan, close to the airport. Great starting point for trips. Parking available, working wifi... I have nothing to complain about."

"It was a fantastic place in a quite small town near Yerevan! We had a very nice private room in a house extension separate from the main house. It was very clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom. The common living area had a very cool atmosphere; we loved it. We saw that there's a pool as well; however, October was already quite chilly for using it. The host was very polite and even spoke English, which we found very uncommon in Armenia."

"We had an incredible stay! Villa Maria is equipped with all you could possibly need for a family holiday - a convenient kitchen fit for cooking meals, a comfortable common area with a cozy well-sized sofa, three large bedrooms and a fantastic terrace above the house with absolutely stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Besides, this place is amazing for barbecuing - we’ve used the bbq oven on the terrace almost every day! The neighborhood is up-and-coming, and fairly easy to reach - we had no problem to get to the city centre in under 10 minutes by very reasonably priced local taxi services. The check-in & check-out experiences were very smooth & friendly. The owner of the place was always ready to help out & answered the few questions we had within minutes. He was also incredibly kind to help us retrieve a coffee grinder my brother accidentally left behind."
