"Апарты находятся в центре Саранды недалеко от остановки автобусов , также недалеко порт откуда можно добраться на Корфу , пляж тоже рядом , что касается самого жилья , скажу так- цена соответствует качеству , довольно старая мебель , но чисто и вполне сносно , есть много кухонной утвари , печка , холодильник большой , но мне это особо не требовалось , я ничего не готовил , так как можно недорого поесть и в местных кафе и ресторанах"

"Ho soggiornato qui e mi sono trovata molto bene. La posizione è ottima, comoda per spostarsi e visitare la zona. La stanza era grande, luminosa e ben organizzata, con una buona pulizia. Ho trovato tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Esperienza sicuramente positiva, consigliato!"

"Appartamento situato in posizione comodissima sia per il centro della città che per la spiaggia locale, semplice ma funzionale, propietario super gentile e disponibile e sempre pronto a rispondere a tutte le richieste. Consiglio sicuramente se come noi si preferisce la comodità della posizione rispetto alla zona e non si ricercano troppi comfort .."

"Appartamento bello e accogliente, molto colorato. Proprietario gentile e disponibile, che parla italiano e ti aiuta ad organizzare la vacanza se gli chiedi consigli. Letto comodissimo, bagno spazioso e funzionale. Spazi grandi, almeno per noi che eravamo in due. Prese di corrente dappertutto. Wifi perfettamente funzionante. Nei dintorni è difficile trovare parcheggio se non a 10 euro al giorno, ma il proprietario ci ha lasciato parcheggiare in un parcheggio di sua proprietà (a 1 km. dalla casa). Appena si gira l'angolo c'è la botteguccia di una signora che ha lo stretto necessario per i primi giorni."

"La pulizia inizialmente era molto approssimativa in cucina, ma ho avvisato il proprietario che mi ha subito rimandato la donna delle pulizie. Pentole e padelle sono scarsissime e anche le posate. L'acqua non è potabile (come in tutta l'Albania, ma io non lo sapevo). La corrente salta un giorno si e uno no (però basta riattaccare il contatore). Le finestre sono molto piccole e non si vede nulla se non il palazzo di fronte. Il telecomando del condizionatore era difettoso ma immagino che ora il problema sia risolto."

"Really nothing to complain about. The apartment is in the strict center of Saranda, 200 meters to the small "central park", 200 meters to the beach, shops and cheap bars just near by. Location is also OK, as its in "down" side of Saranda, you dont have to climb anywhere. The bed is comfortable. The WiFI works without problems. The kitchen is equipped. There is even a washing machine, if you would like to use it. On top of all that, the manager of this property has a proper customer approach, and he may help you in anything you may need in this charming southern Albanian town."

"Well, the apartment and the buidling itself are not "new", but the construction of it is probably from early 1990s or 1980s. For me, it was not a problem, as all is clean and maintanted inside, but some people may prefer to have something new (and pay much more)."
