"Very large villa with pool, well located in Kalba close to the corniche and all amenities. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Large and clean rooms. Easy to park."

"The rooms could be better furnished: in some, there is not even a chair to put your things on. Check-in was at 3pm only: that suited us, but it won't suit all the guests."

"Wonderful location on the beach. Tons of good restaurants around the area. Wonderfully appointed apartment with plenty of room. Nice pool and private parking in the garage under the building. "The guest and accommodation team and Muhammad in person were very polite and gentle. They helped us during our stay and assisted with issues we need. Their professional work and approach made our visit to Dubai comfortable and pleasant. The location of the Apartment is great - 300 m to sea, 1km to subway. Many supermarkets, good cafes are in the near. La Royal Meridian is just 100m in front (with tasty breakfasts and dinners for guest visitors). The kitchen in the apartment and wash maching were also helpful for our family during 1 week stay. Very comfortable Rixos' beach and pool resort (1 km - on the beach ) with lounges and sunbathing beds are open for guest visitors (for charge). Sauna, pool and gym are on 1st floor of the apartment (Royal Oceanic Tower) that helps to relax as well during the day."
