"The apartment was very clean. Room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony all of them were excellent. We had everything we needed. Owner responds to my questions quickly."
"At check in in the apartment I provided to building staff booking.com reservation reference number and pin code , but they said it's not enough and asked more evidence like payment, apartment number. I didn't know apartment number because owner said to show reservation to building staff and that's all. Staff had to called by phone to owner and solved the situation. Within 20 - 30 minutes the problem was solved.But it was strange that booking.com reservation wasn't enough. We already had started nervous .But after this problem everything was good."
